If you've come here, you probably want to create a world, just like the title said. Well, I've got news for you. You can!! And it's easy. Keep going down.

Step 1: Think!
|
|
|
Here you think about what kind of world you want.Is it gonna be like ours, very diverse, with many languages and such, or is it gonna be one language throughout? Is it gonna be fantasy-based, with dragons and big swords and half-naked women, or is it like ours with lawyers and Uzis and half-naked women? Is it spy-espionage-like or is it superhero-like? These are questions you should think about.

Step 2: Write!
|
Yes, in this day and age, no one but Stephen King likes to write anymore, but that's the cold, hard truth about making a world. It's vast, so you should take notes on what you've decided your world to be like. Also, some inhabitants aren't out of the question at this point, either.
